Fischer Cone Biopsy Excisor

Positioning is easy and precise; a smooth 360- degree motion removes a perfect conical cervical specimen in seconds.
Loop electrodes and ball electrodes also available.
Improved control during cervical biopsy procedures ... better specimens and more predictable results.
The patented Fischer cone biopsy instrument features a rigid linear electrode and a number of other design innovations that provide a new level of control and precision for cervical biopsies. Precise positioning of the instrument is simple and the surgeon has an unobstructed view of the procedure owing to the unique curved stop arm. The linear wire makes a clean, smooth cut every time, with little or no bleeding; produces excellent tissue samples routinely, with less thermal artifact for easier pathology evaluation.
  • Improved Control - Unique design of the stop arm provides firm support and added stability for smoother cutting.
  • Simple, Easy to Use - Smooth 360-degree rotating motion removes a perfect conical cervical specimen in seconds. Curved arm provides unobstructed view of the cutting action.
  • Reduces Burning - Smaller electrode with higher power intensity than large loop devices; minimizes burning of tissue.
  • Safe, Patient Friendly - Shaft and stop arm are fully insulated to protect endocervical canal and underlying vaginal structures.
  • Fast Procedure, Better Results - Procedure requires only local anesthetic, can be performed in the surgeon’s office or clinic.
